can I feed green algae from my pond filter to my worms??????
  •  I am thinking it will be good for them  but I will hold off until I get some info   my guess is that the worms should eat and enjoy it   Not sure if anyone has trie that?
  • Sorry for the long delay in checking the forum. I would think that the algea would be great. Give is a try and let us know how the worms like it.
  • I've only just started my first worm bins the other day and the new worms had no problem with the bedding I setup for them using water from the sump tank of a Koi pond. Already have evidence of the worms eating their fill after only 2 days in the bins.  I'll let ya know how they are doing in a week or so.
  • Been adding green algae from my water garden to my rubbermaid wormbin and the worms are eating it up   not too much these worms won't eat
  • Thats neat to hear. I figured they would eat it without issues. Thanks for letting us know.
