well let me see there are 3or4types of red worms you might have the red worm that i call the slow worm then some people call the red wiggler the alabama jumper witch will jump all around then theres the euro red worm witch is the bigger red worm its not so jumpy either if your worm has a big breader band its head it is what i call the slow worm witch is the fastest breading worm there is, hope that help you. and again your worms just fill good in there bedding if you touch one dose it move alot?

Are they hot? Are they overfed? Two biggest problems. Try adding some newspaper or fresh bedding and see if it helps.
